These assessments would be short, targeted exercises that students could complete regularly, with AI providing immediate, actionable feedback on both listening comprehension and writing skills.

For the summative assessment, AI could assist in designing a comprehensive rubric that evaluates both written essays and responses to academic listening tasks.
